• Significant proven experience of effective leadership and management in a performance driven environment.
• Able to understand and manage profit and loss, cost control and budgeting.
• Strong networking and relationship-building to win and deliver business.
• Track record in delivering high quality services.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing people to improve performance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, direct and manage a team of Employment Advisors to meet performance targets.
• Ensure succession plans and adequate skilled resources to meet targets.
• Coach and support reports to achieve individual targets and maintain efficiency.
• Conduct quality audits by observation or by video call; review caseload data.
• Be responsible for health and safety of the team.
• Align team productivity with referral flows and contract profiles; allocate resources accordingly.
• Forecast annual plans, monthly forecasts and weekly statistics; report to Operations Manager.
