Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner in London to drive internal and external communications for a large UK organisation. You will craft content, support employee engagement and build brand credibility.

The role requires 5+ years in Communications/PR, excellent writing and storytelling, and strong stakeholder management. Travel across the UK may be required; this is a full-time, 2-month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Communications, PR, or closely related role.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong internal communications and employee engagement experience.
• Proficiency in developing content across digital and traditional channels.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Craft, write, and edit high-quality content for internal and external audiences.
• Develop engaging stories aligned with business campaigns and priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing and media teams to create content programmes.
• Produce external content including white papers, blogs, social posts, webinars, and videos.
• Design and implement internal comms plans to boost employee engagement.
• Foster effective communication between senior leadership, management and staff.
• Create communications for frontline and dispersed employees.
• Generate newsletters, briefing materials, fact sheets, digital content and more.
• Explain organisational strategy and progress to promote two-way communication.
• Measure campaign effectiveness using data and insights.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and external agencies.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share best practices.
• Capture lessons learned to refine initiatives.
