Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager in Birmingham. This hybrid role requires delivering an internal communications and engagement strategy to ensure employees understand their contribution to the company’s purpose while feeling informed, valued and engaged.

Based at our Birmingham office with 3 days on site, you will partner with senior leaders, drive change communications for large transformations, and develop campaigns that measure impact and engagement

Qualifications

• Senior management level experience in internal communications.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes.
• Ability to develop and deliver engagement campaigns.
• Provide counsel to Executives on internal comms.
• Plan resources and processes for internal comms.
• Deliver high-quality comms on deadlines.
