Job summary

Arrow Global Group in Manchester is seeking an AI Adoption Community Lead to design and deliver Arrow’s AI democratisation programme, embedding AI capabilities across the organisation. You will shape the new AI Adoption team, recruit and manage a Programme Coordinator, and collaborate with group functions to land measurable change while governing AI responsibly.

This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex AI

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, cross-functional programmes.
• Strong AI interest with governance experience.
• Experience managing teams and budgets.
• Excellent communication across staff and board.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Arrow's AI adoption programme.
• Recruit, manage and develop a Programme Coordinator.
• Build and maintain a robust programme plan with quarterly OKRs.
• Design and deliver Arrow's AI Academy with external partners.
• Ensure the training programme meets EU AI Act requirements.
• Build and run Arrow's AI community of practice.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate a Champions network.
• Work with Compliance, Risk, and IT on governance framework.
• Own the adoption dashboard and senior leadership reporting.
• Act as senior contact for AI adoption across groups.
• Drive AI adoption narrative for investors and events.
• Codify programme playbooks and onboarding materials.
