Job summary

Addition Solutions in London is hiring an AI Adoption Consultant to drive practical AI adoption across teams. You’ll partner with an AI Product and Delivery Lead, turning AI investments into sustainable everyday workflows, with clear measures of adoption and impact.

You’ll train, coach and create reusable prompts and templates, building a library of workflows while collaborating on client delivery as the role grows.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in consulting, transformation, enablement, customer success, operations, learning and development, or technology implementation.
• Extensive practical experience using generative AI in your own work with tangible examples.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills for diverse colleagues.
• Ability to quickly understand a workflow and identify time/effort saving opportunities.
• Hands-on approach to implementation with willingness to test and improve.
• Willingness to measure results honestly, including when approaches don’t work.

Responsibilities

• Discover how teams actually work and identify opportunities to remove effort from workflows.
• Deliver hands-on training and one-to-one coaching for different levels of AI experience.
• Create reusable prompts, Claude skills, workflows and templates for colleague adoption.
• Maintain a shared knowledge base and skills library in line with established standards.
• Build a network of AI champions to support ongoing adoption within teams.
• Establish baselines and measure tool use, asset adoption and time saved in workflows.
• Support client delivery as the role develops.
