Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Officer to lead complex contractual activities across the contract life-cycle and influence programme performance. You will develop pricing strategies, manage commercial risks and ensure governance, while building strong relationships with project teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role involves mentoring others, engaging with governance controls, and supporting business outcomes within CS3. A BPSS baseline security check is required.

• Develop pricing approaches and negotiation strategies to maximise value.

• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance of commercial activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contractual activities throughout the contract life-cycle while protecting Leonardo's commercial position.
• Develop pricing approaches and negotiation strategies to maximise business value.
• Lead identification, quantification and management of commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide assurance that commercial activities comply with governance, delegated authority and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the commercial function and develop strong commercial relationships that deliver value.
• Provide commercial leadership across Integrated Project Teams.
