Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Commercial Partnering Specialist in Reading to provide commercial leadership during business case development and to translate demand into actionable sourcing requirements. You will work closely with Business Units to shape demand and ensure a forward pipeline is aligned with category strategies and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand planning and create accurate, up-to-date demand plans for commercial support.
• Maintain visibility of commercial demand and pipeline information.
• Provide high-quality analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Align Commercial delivery with Business Units through planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to improve efficiency and value.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and coordinated planning across the organisation.
