Job summary

BauWatch Nederland is seeking a Commercial Analyst and Business Partner to help the business make better, faster, more commercially informed decisions. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role blends analysis, performance reporting and commercial insight with hands-on support across the organisation.

You will turn data into clear conclusions, challenge assumptions and help teams understand the commercial impact of decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics and business partnering.
• Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication with sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, pricing, customer, product, sector and channel performance.
• Provide robust analysis and recommendations for business cases and proposals.
• Partner with sales, operations and central functions to understand impact.
• Produce dashboards and reporting covering key commercial indicators.
• Support pricing reviews and tenders with data-driven analysis.
• Identify data weaknesses and improve source system reliability.
