Agincare is seeking a Commercial Analyst to provide financial and commercial insight across our Commercial team, supporting bids, contracts and procurement. You will turn data into practical recommendations to drive profitable growth and better commercial decision-making.

Based mainly in Poole with occasional travel to the Portland head office, you will develop pricing models, analyse contract profitability, and create dashboards to highlight risks and opportunities for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, finance or analytical roles.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or cost modelling.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop cost and pricing models for bids and new business opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis to support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Complete tender pricing schedules accurately and within deadlines.
• Analyse contract profitability, margins and cost drivers.
• Develop dashboards and reports identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Model the impact of wage increases, inflation and other cost pressures.
• Support procurement and supplier evaluations.
• Prepare business cases and commercial reports for senior decision-makers.
