Job summary

Accrofab Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Business Development Team in the UK. The role focuses on leading cross-functional collaboration, managing capacity, and guiding pricing strategies for both new and existing products.

Responsibilities include monitoring order trends, negotiating contracts, managing RFQ processes, and supporting growth plans across sales and marketing while ensuring compliance with export controls and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving sales initiatives.
• Knowledge of export controls and trade compliance.
• Proven track record in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team capacity planning with Engineering & Product Quality Manager.
• Monitor orderbook performance and articulate trends and drivers with the Demand Manager.
• Define and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products.
• Investigate product profitability and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals.
• Manage RFQ process including Bid/No-Bid, quotes, and cross-department buy-in.
• Identify opportunities to win new business with existing or new customers.
• Support sales and marketing activities to grow the business.
• Produce sales plans for short, medium and long term planning from multiple sources.
