Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide commercial oversight and control across major projects. You will manage high value contracts, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client arrangements and company strategy. A Master’s degree and strong background in corporate finance are required.

The role requires robust contract awareness, leadership, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations while safeguarding the company’s interests and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Proven experience in handling high value, complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial oversight and control to ensure delivery of projects in line with client-side commercial arrangements and company strategy.
• Manage key contracts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on major contracts.
• Draft and develop robust commercial documents in conjunction with Legal to protect interests and maximise opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations and communicate terms and financial aspects across stakeholders.
