Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience with local authority/highways or public-sector schemes is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and change management.
• Experience in budgets, reporting and subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function on infrastructure projects with cost control and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, CVRs and commercial reporting.
• Oversee procurement and commercial management of subcontract packages.
• Administer NEC contracts and manage compensation events, variations and change control.
• Monitor commercial risks and opportunities with appropriate action.
• Manage subcontractor payments, valuations and final accounts.
• Collaborate with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
• Support delivery objectives through effective governance and reporting.
