UK Industrial Fusion Solutions Ltd (UKIFS) invites applications for a Commercial Manager to oversee pre- and post-contract commercial activity for STEP-related procurement and major contracts. You will collaborate with technical, legal, and sourcing teams to deliver value for money while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on cost planning, procurement, contract management, and risk mitigation across IPTs, aligning with PA23 where applicable and delivering robust commercial

Competenze

• Significant experience in commercial and/ or procurement on construction, infrastructure engineering projects or similar.
• Proven ability to manage high-value, high-risk contracts across the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g. NEC, bespoke construction contracts).
• Demonstrable expertise in cost forecasting.

Mansioni

• Lead the cost management of major construction, infrastructure or engineering contracts, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgetary control, and cost assurance.
• Lead commercial negotiations at tender and post-contract stages.
• Provide expert guidance on contract selection, pricing mechanisms, risk allocation, and commercial models.
• Mentor and lead a team of cost and commercial professionals to ensure governance and compliance.
