Dalkia UK is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy, governance and performance across the Scotland region, delivering growth and profitability.

You will oversee procurement, contract management, risk, and stakeholder engagement, guiding a high-performing team across multiple complex contracts. This role demands senior leadership, deep sector experience in FM/Engineering/Construction, and a track record of delivering value in challenging markets.

Competenze

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience.
• Strong background in Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Construction or Infrastructure sectors.
• Extensive contract management and negotiation experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial teams and delivering business growth.
• Strong understanding of NEC, JCT, PFI and bespoke contract forms.
• Demonstrable financial acumen and commercial decision-making capability.
• Experience managing complex risk and opportunity portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
