Job summary

TROO Hospitality is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for Reading, Berkshire. You will lead the commercial strategy across 4-5 hotels within the South region, driving revenue growth and cultivating key corporate, MICE, and agency relationships.

You will collaborate with General Managers, Revenue Management, and marketing to optimise performance, lead forecasting, and coach on-site sales teams where applicable. Regular travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Senior hotel sales leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK hospitality market.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth across multiple properties.
• Experience managing key corporate, MICE, and agency relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, results-oriented, with a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and profitability across 4-5 hotels.
• Lead all sales activities and manage portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the cluster.
• Build and develop relationships with GMs, revenue, and operations teams.
• Represent the cluster at industry events and client meetings.
