Amazon Web Services (AWS) UK&I is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide large and complex customers through their cloud journey, coordinating across sales, support, solutions architecture and professional services to deliver outcomes.

In this role you will partner with AWS leadership, drive transformation projects, and translate strategic objectives into executable actions. You will also lead education plans and go-live events, while guiding GenAI strategy and ensuring excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with thought leadership, business case development, and delivering customer benefits.
• Experience in customer-facing work engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across functional groups.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum/SAFe certification preferred.
• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
