Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager to guide UK&I customers on their multi-year cloud journey, coordinating across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.

You will translate strategic objectives into executable actions, oversee major workload migrations, and drive education programs and go-live events, while advising on GenAI strategy to solve business challenges and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion.
• Experience in customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

• Guiding large/complex UK&I customers through their cloud adoption journey
• Ensuring cross-functional AWS team collaboration to deliver customer outcomes
• Serving as a trusted partner, leveraging transformation expertise to shepherd customers

• Evangelizing AWS services and delivering great customer experiences
• Contributing to the day-to-day management of successful AWS adoption
