Job summary

CACI Limited is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of key client accounts across Financial, Retail, Leisure and Public Service sectors. You will build and execute account plans, manage relationships, and drive value across CRM, data delivery and digital marketing projects.

Daily duties include leading client meetings, coordinating internal teams and ensuring profitable account delivery. Strong communication, problem-solving and commercial acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital/technology company with client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of UX and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of 5-6 client accounts.
• Understand client objectives and industry context.
• Serve as primary client contact for problem-solving and escalation.
• Create account plans and lead Business Review meetings.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver client value.
• Monitor and report on delivery against SLA and budgets.
• Maintain high-quality customer care and proactive communications.
• Build relationships at all levels and manage account profitability.
