Job summary

360insights is seeking a client operations professional to ensure successful programs and high client satisfaction. You will own operational management, track requests end to end, and deliver regular performance dashboards while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, marketing, and care teams to align on client needs, provide training, and drive program improvements within a fast-paced environment in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Client Program Management, Customer Success, or Client Operations.
• Strong client service mindset with a professional, calm demeanor.
• Proficient with data, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and track operational client requests through to resolution.
• Coordinate with technical services for tech and support requests.
• Oversee program intake processes and deliver regular reports.
• Monitor SLAs and provide quarterly program reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support Customer Care training.
