Job summary

360insights partnership-focused Client Program Manager role in the United Kingdom. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure programs meet SLAs, deliver high client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing requests, intake processes, training, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to champion client needs and drive growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Client Program Management, Customer Success, or Client Operations.
• Strong client service skills and a professional, calm approach.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and track operational client requests through to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client support and VIP requests.
• Oversee program intake processes for new and existing clients.
• Deliver regular operational reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor program metrics and performance with analysis.
• Support trainings and knowledge handoffs for clients and teams.
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams and clients.
