Modular Data in the UK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client relationship across live engagements. You will chair checkpoints, reviews and governance meetings, set agendas and drive actions to closure, while delivery colleagues support execution as needed.

You will grow the account, manage commercial relationships, track contracts, and coordinate across delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience owning client accounts in a consultancy, agency or professional services business.
• Experience chairing client meetings and governance with senior stakeholders.
• Experience directing or managing technical delivery teams on data or digital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client relationship across every live engagement.
• Chair client checkpoints, reviews and governance meetings; set the agenda and drive actions to closure.
• Direct the delivery team on the account; translate priorities into clear directions and protect delivery time.
• Maintain contract records, oversee statements of work and extensions; keep CRM updated.
• Produce account and pipeline reporting for leadership; forecast risks and opportunities.
