Job summary

Office Angels in Gateshead is seeking a Client Retention & Renewals Adviser to manage an established portfolio of clients across the UK. You’ll own renewal conversations, discuss contracts and pricing, and ensure clients continue to see value in their relationship with the business.

This role is not a high-volume contact centre position. You’ll build trusted relationships, conduct meetings via video and phone, coordinate with internal teams, and drive renewals from initial dialogue to

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, renewals, retention, consultative sales, business development, relationship management or contract management.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle
• Conducting professional client meetings via video, telephone and email
• Building trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders
• Understanding client requirements, objectives and concerns
• Managing renewals through to completion
• Discussing contracts, pricing, terms and renewal options
• Preparing quotations and commercial proposals
• Handling objections and identifying potential renewal risks
• Re-engaging previous clients and strengthening existing relationships
• Maintaining an accurate renewal pipeline and CRM records
• Working with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Achieving agreed retention, renewal and performance objectives
