Job summary

Ipsos in London seeks a Senior Project Manager to shape and drive large, complex programmes in the Brand Health team. You will lead end‑to‑end costing, planning and delivery, partnering with researchers and clients to achieve measurable business outcomes.

This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will manage client expectations, coordinate with Operations and suppliers, and drive process improvements while maintaining rigorous financial governance.

Qualifications

• Proven senior PM experience leading large-scale projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
• Focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency.
• Experience in budgeting and financial performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale, complex projects from planning to closure.
• Act as trusted client liaison and manage expectations within scope.
• Coordinate with Operations, suppliers, and researchers for smooth delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
• Provide regular financial updates and cost management oversight.
