Job summary

Imperial College London seeks a Senior Client Relationship Manager to nurture trusted client partnerships, lead the delivery of bespoke learning programmes, and identify opportunities to deepen collaborations.

You will coordinate complex executive education projects, manage budgets, and work with world-class faculty to design impactful learning experiences that address real-world business challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and managing complex client projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of budgets, contracts and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring an outstanding client and participant experience.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, identifying opportunities for programme expansion and repeat business.
• Support business development through proposals, bids and client presentations.
• Lead planning and coordination of complex executive and professional education programmes, delivering on time and on budget.
• Manage multiple projects, overseeing risks and schedules across programmes.
• Collaborate with faculty and colleagues to design innovative learning solutions meeting client needs.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the programme lifecycle and ensure effective communication.
• Develop programme budgets, negotiate fees, and support profitability.
• Monitor client activity and programme data to generate insights for decision-making.
• Champion excellent customer service and high-quality learning experiences across Imperial Lifelong Learning.
