Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a senior change lead to drive transformation across complex programmes, working with senior leaders, academics and professional services colleagues to embed sustainable, people-centred change.

You will head development and delivery of change strategies to support adoption, readiness and benefits realisation, coach sponsors and leaders, shape communications, and oversee risks and issues across major initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies and plans across major programmes to support adoption, readiness and benefits realisation.
• Coach sponsors and leaders, shape communications and engagement approaches.
• Oversee change risks and issues, ensuring activity is practical, measurable and aligned to strategic goals.
• Help build capability, mentor others and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Deliver complex transformation in large, matrixed organisations, ideally within higher education or similar environments.
