Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a senior change professional to lead transformation across large programmes, embedding people-centred change across complex agendas. You will work with senior leaders and academics within a multidisciplinary Transformation Team to realise strategic benefits.

You will develop and deliver change strategies, coach sponsors, shape communications and manage risks, ensuring practical, measurable activity aligned to Imperial’s priorities while growing capability

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering transformation in large organisations.
• Proven credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with digital change and technology-enabled projects.
• Experience in higher education or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies and plans.
• Coach sponsors and leaders, shape communications and engagement approaches, oversee change risks and issues, and ensure activity is practical, measurable and aligned to Imperial’s strategic goals.
• Help build capability, mentor others and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture.
