Qualifications

• 3+ years in a marketing agency or marketing-led role with client deliverables/outcomes
• Demonstrated paid media experience with ROI/ROAS metrics
• Lead generation chops: end-to-end funnels, landing pages, email nurture
• AI-fluency in marketing workflows, automation, reporting
• Excellent client communication and status updates
• Familiarity with marketing tech stack (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp)
• Strong multi-client project management skills

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and lead meetings, set agendas, present results, surface opportunities
• Create growth strategies tied to KPIs with multi-channel plans
• Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Develop lead-gen systems: magnets, landing pages, funnels, automation
• Create campaigns including social content calendars and email sequences
• Lead AI-forward execution and integrate tools for automation and reporting
• Coordinate with designers/writers/developers/paid specialists to meet timelines
• Prepare insight-driven performance reports and tell a story with data
