FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform powering mission-critical applications across regulated industries. This senior Engagement Director role leads executive relationships, governance, adoption programs and renewal strategies to drive multi-year partner growth in the UK.

You will own the full engagement lifecycle, sponsor COE programs, and work with clients to create measurable business value at scale. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, shape expansion opportunities, and

Qualifications

10+ years leading large-scale enterprise software implementations or tech transformation programs.
8+ years in a technology-focused organisation with executive exposure.
Proven credibility with C-suite through industry and business acumen.
Strong sales and business development aptitude, targeting expansion within accounts.
Able to work with engineers and product teams and discuss integrations at scale.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary executive partner to client sponsors and govern governance processes.
Own the full engagement lifecycle from adoption to renewal and growth.
Lead steering committees and quarterly roadmap reviews with clear recommendations.
Drive adoption strategies and enablement programs to achieve self-sustaining usage.
Manage renewals, monitor health and capacity, and identify upsell opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery and escalate to Head of Customer Success when needed.
Identify expansion opportunities and frame business cases with Account Executives.
