Job summary

Howden is seeking an Associate Client Director to join the Client Director Team within the Howden Multi-National Client Practice in the UK. You will lead and manage complex client relationships, build strategic plans, and deliver expert guidance to clients on benefits and wellbeing challenges.

As a trusted partner, you will expand our role and revenue with key clients, be commercially astute, and collaborate with the global HEBW team to deliver services across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Consult with clients on strategic benefit and retirement needs.
• Maintain a portfolio of EB and retirement clients.
• Develop strong client relationships and drive satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal portfolio of clients for whom you will be responsible for all aspects of our EB and retirement services.
• Develop strong relationships with those clients, to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.
• Consult with those clients, on their business, people and benefits challenges and opportunities, developing a deep understanding of their business and needs.
• Taking responsibility for the delivery of all services within the EB and retirement remit.
• Create and identify opportunities to grow our role with those clients and generate more revenue. This includes opportunities such as GBM, flex, healthcare, wellbeing, international and general insurance, working with other members of the HEBW team.
• Work with the wider HEBW team to ensure all other services are effectively delivered to those clients.
• Maintain a high-level knowledge of the relevant market and products, to be able to provide the highest levels of guidance and insights.
• Support the new business team from time-to-time with pitches and proposals, , to support the winning of new clients into HEBW.
• Develop strong working relationships with the HEBW protection, flex, healthcare, wellbeing and international teams, to ensure client opportunities are being uncovered, developed and closed.
