Job summary

Howden is seeking an Associate Client Director to lead and manage complex client relationships within the Multi-National Client Practice. You will develop strategic plans, deliver EB and retirement services, and drive value for clients at the highest levels across the UK and globally.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with flexibility for office-based or remote work, and a strong emphasis on growth, commercial acumen and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on their strategic benefit and retirement needs.
• Maintain a personal portfolio of clients and oversee EB and retirement services.
• Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand revenue with existing clients.
• Deliver high-quality guidance, insights and ideas to help clients meet wellbeing objectives.
• Support the growth of the practice by contributing to pitches and proposals.
