Job summary

CFH is seeking a Client Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key clients and coordinate across Contracts, Business Development, Production, Commercial, Legal and Project Management teams. The role requires excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing client needs.

A hybrid setup is available, with five days per week on-site at Radstock for at least the first 3 months.

Qualifications

• Proven client facing experience is essential.
• Demonstrate forensic attention to detail.
• Excellent communication both internally and externally.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint desirable.
• Deadline- and process-driven with strong time management and problem solving.
• Ability to travel to client reviews if required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new print clients.
• Understand client needs and manage these efficiently within the business.
• Schedule and prioritise customer orders with production managers.
• Track client activity, spend, output and continuous improvements.
• Manage client complaints and ensure timely responses.
• Engage in internal and external meetings to support client requirements.
