Job summary

Key Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a capable account management professional for a Well-established Large Format Digital Printer based in Cardiff.

The role focuses on developing client relationships, managing tenders, and coordinating across client, studio, production, and dispatch teams to deliver projects. You will communicate technical solutions to clients at all levels, with an emphasis on innovation and new product development in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Outstanding client and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge across Large Format Digital Print & POS and Installations.
• Experience with MIS systems is a plus (Tharstern beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Developing strategies to develop client relationships and grow accounts, ensuring all targets are met
• Manage tenders received to liaise effectively with internal and external departments to achieve completion
• Take ownership of projects and liaise between clients, studio, production, & dispatch
• Communicate technical solutions and concepts to key clients at all levels
• Focus on innovation and new product development
