Job summary

CFH in Radstock, Somerset, UK, seeks an experienced Client Account Manager to own key client relationships and act as the primary contact for daily inquiries. You will work closely with the Contracts Team Leader, Business Development, Production, Commercial, Legal and Project Management teams to deliver print services and maintain client satisfaction.

The role demands excellent communication, proven client-facing experience, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent levels of communication both internally and externally.
• Proven client facing experience is essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
• Willing to travel for client reviews when required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and new print clients.
• Schedule and prioritise customer orders with production teams.
• Track client activity, spend and KPI reporting.
• Manage client complaints and ensure timely responses.
• Attend internal and external meetings to support client needs.
• Ensure regular reviews with clients and account management.
