Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, Global Clinical Trial Physician to shape global development strategies for assigned assets, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring robust study design, data quality and regulatory submissions. You will guide trials from protocol to CSR, present insights to investigators and senior leaders, and drive early strategic decisions to accelerate patient access.

Formación

• Degree in Life Sciences - MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or equivalent scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Clinical R&D, including operating in a matrix environment.
• Recognised expertise in your Therapeutic Area and/or Clinical Science function.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the full drug development lifecycle - from discovery through to registration.
• Strong understanding of study design, statistics, clinical operations and the regulatory environment.
• Experience with protocol development, data review, CSR validation and regulatory documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the development, conduct and regulatory submission of clinical studies across your portfolio - from protocol development through to CSR review and validation.
• Shaping the Studies That Shape the Science: contribute to clinical development plans and harmonisation of standards across programmes and indications.
• Lead clinical oversight of study data – guiding teams in understanding CRF interdependencies, data conventions, review tools and visualisations.
