Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in the design and execution of multiple clinical trials.
• Deep clinical and therapeutic area expertise with advanced knowledge of drug development and regulatory expectations.
• International and domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives clinical development strategy across given asset indications, aligned to asset strategy and disease area strategy.
• Leads the Clinical Development Team(s) for given indication(s) and coordinates cross-functional efforts.
• Represents Clinical as internal and external authority for indication/disease area, including regulatory interactions.
• Engages with internal leaders and external investigators, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.
• Presents clinical strategy and risk assessments to governance bodies and senior leadership.
• Oversees trial progress, identifies and mitigates risk, and provides status updates to management.
• Champions quality, compliance, and GCP adherence across all clinical activities.
