Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate approved organisational designs into implementation and workforce transition plans.
• Lead delivery of organisational change projects and workforce transition arising from the Transformation Programme.
• Ensure change is delivered fairly and in line with legal and organisational requirements.
• Give expert advice on organisational change, consultation, redeployment and redundancy.
• Help leaders and managers navigate complex change programmes.
• Support colleagues through periods of transition.
