Job summary

The University of Brighton is delivering a major transformation under its 2035 strategy and seeks an experienced Organisational Change leader to drive implementing the transformation across the university. You will lead the Organisational Change team and oversee restructuring and workforce transition activities arising from the Transformation Programme.

• Significant experience of implementing complex organisational change and restructuring programmes.
• Expertise in workforce transition, consultation and organisational implementation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the University's Organisational Change team and oversee major restructuring and workforce transition activity.
• Translate approved organisational designs into effective implementation and transition plans.
• Provide expert advice on change, consultation, redeployment and redundancy.
• Support leaders to deliver change in a fair, transparent and legally compliant way.
