The University of Brighton is seeking an experienced organisational change professional to lead the Transformation Programme, translating approved designs into implementation and workforce transition plans, ensuring change is delivered fairly and in line with legal requirements.

You will work with leaders, HR and unions to deliver complex change, manage risks, and support colleagues through transitions, while upholding an inclusive, agile working approach across campus and home.

Competenze

• Significant experience delivering complex organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Expertise in workforce transition, consultation and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations in change scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders and unions.
