Job summary

Coastline Housing Limited in Redruth seeks a Head of Change to enable delivery of transformation at pace with strong governance and reporting. You will oversee change portfolios, build capability and coordinate across teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience leading change programmes in the housing or public sector is valued, with PRINCE2/MSP/APM awareness and a DBS check required. This is a full-time, on-site post within the People, Technology and Transformation team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change, transformation programmes or PMOs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with organisational perspective.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP or APM methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience in housing, public sector or not-for-profit environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enable Coastline Housing to deliver change effectively and at pace with governance, methodologies and reporting.
• Provide coordination and organisational capability to successfully deliver transformation activity.
• Lead programmes, change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organisation.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining a whole-organisation view.
