Coastline Housing Limited in Redruth seeks a Head of Change to enable delivery of transformation at pace with strong governance and reporting. You will oversee change portfolios, build capability and coordinate across teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Experience leading change programmes in the housing or public sector is valued, with PRINCE2/MSP/APM awareness and a DBS check required. This is a full-time, on-site post within the People, Technology and Transformation team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading organisational change, transformation programmes or PMOs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with organisational perspective.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, MSP or APM methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience in housing, public sector or not-for-profit environments is a plus.

About the job

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen within our People, Technology and Transformation team as Head of Change. You will enable Coastline Housing to deliver change effectively, consistently and at pace by providing the governance, methodologies, reporting, coordination and organisational capability required to successfully deliver transformation activity. You will have experience of leading organisational change, transformation programmes, project management offices or continuous improvement activity in a complex organisation. You have demonstrated excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst maintaining a whole organisation perspective. Some experience with housing association, public sector or not-for-profit environments would be an advantage. Along with formal project or programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP or APM or Artificial intelligence governance, adoption or digital transformation experience are also an advantage. This role requires a satisfactory basic DBS check.
