Job summary

Coastline Housing is seeking a Head of Change to lead governance, methodologies and organisational capability for transformation across the organisation. The role requires experience in leading organisational change, transformation programmes and PMO activity within not-for-profit or public sectors.

You will prioritise multiple workstreams with a whole-organisation perspective, contributing to digital transformation and AI governance as relevant while ensuring DBS checks and regulatory

About the job

An exciting and new opportunity has arisen within our People, Technology and Transformation team as Head of Change. You will enable Coastline Housing to deliver change effectively, consistently and at pace by providing the governance, methodologies, reporting, coordination and organisational capability required to successfully deliver transformation activity.You will have experience of leading organisational change, transformation programmes, project management offices or continuous improvement activity in a complex organisation. You have demonstrated excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst maintaining a whole organisation perspective.Some experience with housing association, public sector or not-for-profit environments would be an advantage. Along with formal project or programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP or APM or Artificial intelligence governance, adoption or digital transformation experience are also an advantage.This role requires a satisfactory basic DBS check.
