Job summary

MSD is seeking a Change Management Senior Specialist within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) Enterprise Services to lead organizational change initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and align changes with project goals in a global operating environment.

The role emphasizes developing strategies, communications, training, and measurement to ensure adoption with minimal disruption, including collaboration with project teams and use of modern change-management frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading organizational change management initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Up-to-date professional change management certifications (ACMP/Prosci).
• Experience with ADKAR or ACMP Standard frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong PM/OCM foundations.
• Proficiency in project management approaches and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and manage communication initiatives for change.
• Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
• Develop training and support for management and staff.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust change initiatives for outcomes.
