Newcastle University is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a fixed-term role until 31 August 2028. You will lead and embed sustainable change across the university, enabling staff, students and stakeholders to adopt new systems, structures and ways of working aligned with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with project managers and workstream leads to ensure change management and stakeholder readiness are embedded into the overarching delivery plan, drawing on extensive change

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a change management role, with evidence of delivering projects to time in a higher education setting or similar multi-faceted organisation.
