Job summary

Asahi Europe and International is seeking an experienced Change Manager in the United Kingdom to lead and embed transformational change. You will work with project teams, business leaders and BPOs to ensure adoption, leadership buy-in and readiness, delivering measurable benefits.

You will develop stakeholder analyses, run impact assessments, and craft change management plans with KPIs. You will also design training, tools, and champion networks to sustain the change locally and globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in core change management or transformational change roles.
• Advanced verbal and written English.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Stakeholder Analysis and coach team on stakeholder messaging.
• Complete a Change Impact Assessment and analyze how future ways of working affect people.
• Define the change management plan and strategy to embed change and measure adoption KPIs.
• Communicate change impact to senior stakeholders and secure leadership buy-in.
• Collaborate with leaders, LOBs and partners to align local ways of working.
• Plan and support training requirements and learning tools for adoption.
• Build a champion network and drive local change activities with SMEs and superusers.
• Document lessons learned and facilitate handover to BAU.
