Job summary

Synapri is seeking a Change Management Specialist for a 6-month assignment in the United Kingdom. The role will lead the development of the Digital Wing Change and Adoption Strategy, define the change approach for each programme phase, and ensure alignment with outcomes and benefits.

You will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure end-user voices are represented throughout delivery. The candidate will drive adoption through culture change, readiness assessments, and training

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management for large programmes.
• Ability to map stakeholders and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Proven track record in developing adoption strategies and benefits tracking.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to coordinate training and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Digital Wing Change and Adoption Strategy.
• Define the organisational change approach for each programme phase.
• Ensure change activities align to programme outcomes and benefits.
• Identify organisational impacts and readiness requirements.
• Develop stakeholder maps and influence strategies.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholder communities across FCDO.
• Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and user forums.
• Ensure end-user voices are represented throughout delivery.
• Define target behaviours and develop interventions to promote adoption.
• Monitor adoption levels and user sentiment.
• Support governance decision-making through stakeholder insights.
