Job summary

Asahi Europe & International is seeking an experienced Change Manager in the United Kingdom to deliver and embed change across projects. You will work with the project team and business leads to ensure adoption, leadership buy-in and readiness, so benefits are realized.

You will develop stakeholder analyses, conduct impact assessments and build detailed CM plans, KPIs and communications. A fixed-term contract and leadership exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• +3 years in Change Management or transformational change delivery.
• Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience leading others to deliver change is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analyses and messaging with coaching support.
• Perform Change Impact Assessment and analyze future ways of working.
• Understand the required behavior and cultural change.
• Partner with country leaders and BPOs on local ways of working.
• Communicate change impact to senior stakeholders clearly.
• Develop CM plan, strategy, and adoption KPIs for embedding change.
• Define key messages and communications for the project.
• Plan training needs and develop learning tools with partners.
• Measure success and report progress to senior leaders.
• Create a sustainability plan and maximize ROI.
• Document lessons learned and handover to BAU.
• Foster CM competency and a network of change champions.
• Drive CM activities with SMEs, superusers, and champions.
