Job summary

Canopiusseeksenior Change Manager to design and deliver structured change management approaches across programmes, embedding a consistent framework, tools and standards. The role focuses on maximizing adoption, enabling new ways of working and ensuring change is delivered in a people-centered, sustainable way.

Responsibilities include leading change across multiple workstreams, developing end-to-end plans, engaging stakeholders, delivering communications, training and readiness, and tracking

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management across complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the change management framework across the portfolio.
• Lead change activity across multiple programmes and workstreams.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Define and track change success metrics (adoption, readiness, engagement).
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational change capability and maturity.
