Job summary

The Ministry of Defence is seeking a Business Change Manager for a 6-month contract (Inside IR35). This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Andover office, with remote capability as agreed.

You will lead and coordinate all people and business change activities to implement the future operating model, managing stakeholder engagement, redeployment where required, and ensuring continuity of operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business transformation and change initiatives.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage resistance.
• Structured approach to planning, risk management and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all people and business change activities for the approved operating model.
• Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan and communications strategy.
• Coordinate with HR for redeployment and workforce transition where required.
• Engage with trade unions and other stakeholders to inform and influence plans.
• Ensure smooth operational continuity during transitions.
