Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions is recruiting a Strategic Change Manager for a prestigious public sector organisation in central London on an initial 6-month contract. The role commands £600-£650 per day umbrella with a hybrid policy requiring 3 days on-site per week.

You will lead complex transformation programmes across multiple departments, shaping organisational strategy and delivering sustainable change with measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experienced change management professional who has led complex transformation programmes in large/complex organisations (public sector preferred).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of organisational change management, stakeholder engagement and business transformation methodologies.
• Experience delivering organisational readiness assessments and change impact analysis.
• Experience supporting business case development, programme mobilisation and benefits realisation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of change strategies, plans and interventions for major transformation programmes.
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on organisational, cultural, operational and people impacts of change.
• Ensure transformation activity aligns with corporate priorities and objectives.
• Develop future operating models, service redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Influence business cases to ensure change impacts and benefits are considered.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for high-profile programmes.
• Facilitate leadership discussions to build alignment and ownership of objectives.
• Lead readiness assessments and targeted interventions to improve adoption.
