Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Change Manager or Change Lead in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
• Recent experience of working on government projects to ensure alignment with public sector standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Change Workstream, including planning and roadmap development.
• Define and manage change deliverables, including timelines, resources, and costs.
• Engage stakeholders across the organisation and build strong relationships.
